They determine suitability, draft legal documents and direct any ownership transfer.
Excel provides administrative coordination and business coaching, not legal, tax or investment advice, trust drafting, registered-agent service or a guarantee of asset protection or tax savings. No attorney or CPA partnership is currently included. You select and engage those professionals separately; legal fees, filing fees and other third-party charges are additional.

No. This service is for small business owners, educators and creators. Our Christian convictions shape how we serve: honest communication, careful stewardship and respect for people. Owners of all backgrounds are welcome.
Yes, we can assess a move to WordPress or WooCommerce. We review pages, products, orders, memberships and integrations first. Migration work and third-party costs are quoted separately, and we agree on a transition plan before changing your live site.
Yes. We can build a sales page, configure checkout and organize access to your supplied lessons. You approve the course content, credentials, testimonials and claims. Accreditation, continuing-education approval and legal or tax review are not included. Video hosting, advanced quizzes, subscriptions and certificates may need separately priced tools.
Tell us about the offer and where payment or registration will happen. We can quote a focused landing-page project and the appropriate care plan before you commit to a larger website.
You keep your supplied content and customer data. Upon payment of outstanding work, Excel provides your WordPress files and database export on request. Give notice before the next monthly renewal to stop future service; we coordinate a handoff before hosting ends. Transfer labor and replacement licenses, if needed, are quoted first. Third-party software remains subject to its own license terms.
No. It includes organization, coaching and administrative coordination. An irrevocable trust is not a default startup requirement. An attorney and tax professional must determine whether it fits your circumstances and handle legal drafting, tax advice and any transfer of business interests. Their fees and government charges are separate from Excel’s fee.
We agree on a realistic schedule after reviewing your scope, content and required integrations. Completed copy, images, product details and timely consolidated feedback help keep work moving. We do not promise a launch date before that review.
