Thank you for the opportunity to serve as you celebrate 28 years of Greater Discipline for Christ and 13 years of KINGDOM Grace Apostolic Fellowship International. These milestones deserve a presentation that honors the work, welcomes the community, and carries the vision forward.
We are grateful to Prophetess Adrienne Dukes for bringing this opportunity to Excel. Her care for this assignment reflects the administrative strength emerging among a new generation of ministry leaders. We understand that you have entrusted her to coordinate the anniversary details and manage the development of these materials with us.

This proposal gives you a transparent view of the scope and investment while establishing the working plan Prophetess Dukes and Excel will follow. It outlines the anniversary vision, creative direction, event flyer, printed programs, hosted digital program and QR experience, complimentary brand preparation, and production workflow. It also presents the core investment, an optional digital ministry expansion, and a draft invoice for each option.

Creative direction
One coordinated anniversary identity will give both organizations clear, dignified recognition. The two milestones will sit together with intentional hierarchy, rather than allowing one celebration to become a footnote.
Refined typography, prepared ministry photography, disciplined color, and generous space will connect the flyer, program, and digital experience. Final colors and imagery will be developed from the ministry’s existing identity and approved through Prophetess Dukes.
The anniversary is the occasion. The ministry’s public presentation is the lasting opportunity.

The digital program experience
Excel will prepare a digital PDF of the approved anniversary program and host it through Excel. A dedicated QR code will connect attendees directly to that program on their phones.
The same link can be shared with members and guests who are not holding one of the 30 printed copies. Before print release, Excel will test the QR destination and mobile access.

Complimentary brand preparation
We will work with the ministry’s existing logos, photographs, and visual materials, preparing them for professional print and digital use.
- Clean and refine existing logos
- Rebuild or enhance files where reasonably necessary
- Remove backgrounds and prepare transparent versions
- Correct sizing and proportions
- Optimize photographs and visual consistency
- Make modest refinements for clear reproduction
Reasonable asset preparation is included in either package. The goal is to leave the ministry with more usable, consistent digital assets while preserving its identity. A full rebrand or extensive new illustration would be scoped separately before additional work begins.
05 / A clear plan of action

Apostle Mcpherson receives a clear view of the assignment and investment. Prophetess Adrienne Dukes coordinates content, consolidates feedback, and manages the project with Excel on the ministry’s behalf.
Confirm & collect
Select one package. Gather ministry logos, leadership and speaker photographs, anniversary theme, program order, biographies, acknowledgments, and contact details. Prophetess Dukes confirms names, titles, and permissions.
Design & align
Excel establishes the shared visual direction, prepares the assets, and develops the flyer and program. If selected, the website grows from that same identity.
Review & approve
Prophetess Dukes returns one consolidated set of feedback. Excel refines the materials; the ministry provides written approval of final content and proofs before printing.
Produce & deliver
Excel coordinates print production, publishes the approved digital program, tests QR access, and organizes final delivery. The optional website receives a mobile and link review before launch.
Scheduling checkpoint: content deadlines, proof dates, revision allowance, print turnaround, and delivery arrangements will be confirmed with Prophetess Dukes at kickoff, working backward from November 1. Print timing depends on complete content, timely approval, and printer availability; this proposal does not promise an unconfirmed delivery date.
