THE EXCEL STANDARD
Conviction belongs
in the creative process.
How we communicate is part of what we communicate. A polished presentation should make your ministry easier to understand—and give people sound reasons to trust it.
Truth before attention.
We check names, dates, claims and context. We do not fabricate testimonies, attendance, partnerships or results. A compelling story must remain an honest one.
Ephesians 4:25 informs our commitment to truthful speech.
People before performance.
We represent people with dignity. We seek appropriate permission for their images and stories, especially when children, vulnerable people or private circumstances are involved.
Mark 12:31 grounds our responsibility to our neighbors.
Stewardship before excess.
We recommend work that serves a defined purpose. Clear scope, realistic priorities and thoughtful use of a ministry’s resources matter as much as the finished design.
Luke 14:28 reminds us to consider the cost before building.
Human judgment throughout.
Human graphic artists and creative decision-makers lead our work. AI may assist a task, but a person remains responsible for the message, accuracy, visual integrity and final review.
Clarity is a form of care.
Readable typography, useful information and a clear next step help people participate. We design for real audiences, including people encountering your ministry for the first time.
Faith with intellectual honesty.
We distinguish Scripture from our interpretation, evidence from opinion, and illustration from a documented client experience. We ask careful questions before amplifying a claim.
1 Thessalonians 5:21 calls believers to examine what they receive.
Technology should serve your identity.
AI-generated people, invented ministry scenes and unverified language can imply that something happened when it did not. We do not use synthetic material as documentary evidence of your ministry’s work. Where an illustration could be mistaken for a real event or person, it should be clearly identified.
We review assisted work for factual errors, distorted imagery, generic language and inappropriate use of client information. Tools can accelerate production; they cannot accept responsibility. Excel’s human review remains part of the work.
Excellence must carry integrity.
Compelling work earns trust by representing the mission faithfully. That is the standard we bring to every project.
